Our History

CREOSEN WAS BORN FROM A SIMPLE IDEA: TO BLEND CREATIVITY WITH SENSITIVITY.

We've seen the power of thoughtful design, impactful messaging, and meaningful customer engagement. Our founders knew that marketing isn't one-size-fits-all—it's about understanding each client's story and bringing it to the forefront in a way that genuinely speaks to their audience.

1995

SDA was founded in 1995 by Mark Samuels and Jeff Darnall in Orange County, California as a full-service design, branding, and marketing agency which initially focused on sports-oriented clients.

1998

SDA expanded its clientele to include corporate entities, blending youthful energy with professional environments. Originally specializing in print design, SDA now offers web design, video production, packaging design, social media, and photography.

July 2014

Creosen was started in July 2014 in Virginia as one person agency with the objective of helping local government, small and medium size businesses, universities, colleges, educational institutions and nonprofits capable of managing their own website but also need assistance with more advanced backend features or technical integrations.

November 2015

Creosen subsidiary Creosen Services Private Limited was started in India with 5-member team.

November 2017

Creosen opened the office in Fairfax, Virginia and hired 2 members.

2019

Team size in Creosen Services Private Limited has grown to 15 in 2019

May 2020

Creosen acquired Medclaims Billing Services with a team of 7 people in Vista, California

November 2022

Creosen acquired Georgia based Fourth Generation Software Solutions, an ERP Software Company established in 1987 with a team of 8 experienced resources with an objective of entering Product based market.

March 2024

Creosen acquired SDA Creative and its talented team with nearly 30 years of experience delivering innovative marketing and branding solutions. From small businesses to large, Creosen is equipped to work with clients and provide effective solutions for the challenges of doing business today and into the future.
